Gives Isaac the ability to deal a large amount of damage to, and poison, enemies he touches for 2.5 seconds. The player will still take damage from touching enemies, but remember that not every enemy can hurt you by touch!

Small black flies (not the flashing ones) can be killed by running into them without taking damage.

The Virus also slightly decreases speed.

• Book Of Shadows: Turns you invincible with the poison touch effect still working while invincible.
• The Polaroid: While invincible, grants you poison touch effect
• Celtic Cross: If invincibility triggers, poison touch will be effective against many enemies.
• My Little Unicorn: Poison touch with the active effect. (Unconfirmed)
