Why revert?

How to acquire[]
Is there any information about how to get this item? I assume the only way is by bombing the tinted rocks, but what are the odds of it appearing? Is there anything that affects those odds? This is be good information to have in the article.24.68.124.46 22:05, April 23, 2014 (UTC)
I found a bug[]
In the vanilla game, Steam version. I didn't pick up the Small Rock, and when I blew up another blue rock, a second Small Rock appeared. After acquiring both (as Isaac), my base damage was "IIII", so I assume the effects stacked. Isn't it supposed to only be possible to find one per world? Octan (talk) 04:32, April 29, 2014 (UTC)
