Possible Negative Effect

I think an additional negative draw back for the 'Contract From Below' is a reduced rate in room drops . It would make sense as a way to balance out this item. 

(different anon here) I think that some enemies might move faster sometimes. Maybe it's a random chance or perhaps it's all in my head.

I think it also doubles the damage that you take; as I was taking full heart's worth of damage from enemies that were only taking half a heart before.  Perhaps the negative effect is randomized?
