Here you can find secret-ish stuff (Unlockables etc). As of V1.48, there are 98 total secrets to unlock.

Tinted Rocks

Tinted Rocks can be found almost everywhere; even in Womb, but can be very difficult to notice. What differentiates them from normal rocks is a slight blue tint and a little "X" (presumably X marks the spot) in the upper right corner. It's usually worth the bomb to destroy this special rock because you can find some nice drops:

It also has been speculated that this is a reference to the sword in the stone, as one can interpret the X's bottom left leg extended down, creating the outline of a sword.

X-Rocks in the Womb cannot be distinguished from other rocks.

These rocks are affected by Ace of Spades, Child's Heart and Match Stick trinkets.

Ace of Spades - Increased chance of a card drop

Child Heart - Increased chance of a heart drop

Match Sticks - Increased chance of a bomb drop

The Harbingers

When unlocked by defeatingMom in the Depths 2 for the first time, the Harbingers are added to the selection of bosses that can appear in each of their respective floors. Additionally, each Harbinger has a small chance of being replaced by the Headless Horseman.

Carrying the Book of Revelations (File:Bookofrevelations.png unlocked by defeating any Harbinger) slightly increases the odds of encountering a Harbinger and using the Book greatly increases the odds of encountering a Harbinger on any of their respective floors.

A Harbinger can only be encountered once, defeating it or the Headless Horseman will prevent a Harbinger from appearing in the second floor of a level. This applies mainly to the Basement (Famine) and the Caves (Pestilence) where encountering either the Harbinger or Horseman on the first floor will prevent either from appearing again on the second floor.

War (in The Depths I)
Death (in The Womb I)
Headless Horseman (randomly replaces a Harbinger)

Harbingers as well as the Headless Horseman are able to appear in Sheol in normal rooms.

Defeating any Harbinger will reward the Cube of Meat item, defeating the Headless Horseman will reward A Pony. Unless the Headless Horseman replaces a Harbinger then a Cube of Meat is dropped.

If you use the Book of Revelations while in Sheol, there is a chance in which the Headless Horseman can replace Satan.

Be aware - These particular unlocks are glitchy, a lot of people have problems with them - Deals with the devil in the level group you are trying get will count as damage. Edmund says he is working on it.
