Effects
Isaac 'becomes' Meat Boy, gaining his signature teeth, grin, bandage and black eye, along with his lack of skin.
Increases Tears by 0.2, Damage by 0.3, and gives a Heart Container while decreasing Speed by 0.2. Range is left unchanged.
Turns Isaac's tears red.
Isaac leaves behind a cosmetic trail of blood wherever he goes.
