Red Boom Fly is a red type of the Boom Fly with swollen cheeks from both The Binding of Isaac and the Rebirth remake.

Behavior

They move identically to regular Boom Flies, but will shoot 6 projectiles on death instead of exploding. The projectiles always have a set trajectory pattern so you can position yourself for safety.

Red Boom Flies can replace Boom Flies in any floor. They can also be spawned by Loki and the blue champion variant of Fistula.

Bugs

• From the original game, if Isaac kill a Red Boom Fly before it moves, it will explode like a normal Boom Fly.
