The Para-Bite is a Monster that can be encountered in The Womb or Utero.

Behavior

It will move around the room until Isaac appears in its line of sight, prompting it to charge towards him. They're also able to move underground and pop up in different location, although they cannot spawn right under Isaac.

Notes

This enemy is easier to handle if you have Flight and Spectral Tears (achievable with items such as the Holy Grail and Ouija Board combo or Spirit Of The Night) as you can just stay right above Rocks/Poop and shoot at them: they will simply stand next to your position, unable to touch Isaac.

This enemy was based off of the comic strip "Mr. Longits".
