Effect

The pickup quote claims that the item boosts the Tears stat, but the pickup quote is actually incorrect; it increases shot speed (similar to Cat-O-Nine-Tails or Speed Ball) instead of the Tears stat.

Magic 8 Ball also spawns one Tarot Card or Suit Card when picked up.
