This might look like a common lemon but while in the activated item slot, it takes the appearance of a glass filled with a yellow fluid.

EffectEdit

Isaac leaves a yellow puddle on the floor that damages any enemies that walk into it. Flying enemies, however, are not affected. The puddle persists for 5 seconds.
