This page is meant to show the interactions between a few special items in the game. This page is meant to show, for example, which items you should not take in combination with the few main attack modifiers such as Brimstone, Mom's Knife, Technology, etc.
Please do not add combinations of items just because they are simply powerful.

So, I was looking at the Item Interactions, page, and realized there's nothing there for Lump of Coal. I think that's an important one to a... -
It interacts like it does with tears. I think that would be as pointless as adding Common Cold...
