The Binding of Isaac has the player delve through five environments to try and slay Mom. These environments are encountered in the following order:

• The Basement
• The Caves
• The Depths
• The Womb (only available after defeating Mom)
• Sheol (only available after defeating It Lives OR with the appearence of a "Devil Room" or "Angel Room", after defeating Mom's Heart.)

Wrath of the Lamb FloorsEdit

• Cellar (alternative to The Basement)
• Catacombs (alternative to The Caves)
• Necropolis (alternative to The Depths)
• Utero (alternative to The Womb)
• The Cathedral (alternative to Sheol, only available after defeating It Lives)
• The Chest (only available through bringing the Polaroid trinket to the final boss of the Cathedral)
