Follows Isaac and automatically fires short-range blood shots at nearby Monsters, shooting faster than most other Familiars. Does not shoot over Pits.

Interactions[]

Demon Baby's tears will have the same effect as Isaac's tears, like the Spider's Bite's slowing effect and Mom's Contacts' freezing effect.

Synergies[]

Works well with the ???'s Soul trinket, as it will follow the transparent familiar instead of Isaac.
