an espurr's guide to famine

if you are like me and find famine in your runs way too much, then you'll probably need a nice strategy/ luckily, I've created a way to make this boss easy

phase 1: continue shooting him until he spawns a pooter or a fat fly, then get in front of him and let him charge, destroying the pooter/fat fly and repeat until famin switches to stage two. or you can do as the wiki says and continuosly go in front of him, shooting him a bunch until phase 2 starts

phase 2: never stop moving. either run circles around him or, if he is in a position where that is hard, run around in an L shape or inverted L, shooting him until he dies

and that is what I think is a good way to deal with one of my least favorite bosses

I run into Famine all too often, and while I love his design over the more "boring bosses", he is a pain to deal with. I actually revisited my boss fights with him and found I passively did this strategy before even reading about it, and since I usually play with Judas, he goes down incredibly fast if you shoot him from a distance. Thanks for the guide! (Kinda didn't need it but others may)

You're welcome! at least I know that I'm not the only one who thinks famine sucks to fight!
